Robert Mondavi Pinot Noir Carneros (750ml)
Aromas of deliciously ripe black cherry, deep rich earth, and the airy fragrance of fresh forest. A blend of vanilla, clove, nutmeg, and pepper spice are added to this lovely red wine. A portion of the grapes were destemmed and fermented as whole berries, to heighten fruitiness, with a remainder fermented whole cluster (with stems) to add a bit of spice and structure to the final blend. The new wine went into 93% new French Oak for malolactic fermentation, and matured for ten months.
