It ages about a year in French oak, a quarter of it new. Expect red cherry, raspberry, sandalwood and cocoa on the nose.

This Pinot Noir tastes of bright red fruit with lively acidity. Velvety tannins and vanilla follow. It finishes long and delicate, with a touch of cinnamon.
