Simon Buley was the gin master who crafted Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin. in order to perfect the taste only the finest ingredients were used. Grain, Natural Scottish Water, and 11 botanicals. Simon Buley crafted each and every bottle. The taste of Caorunn tastes similarly to London Dry Gin. It has a dry and refreshing taste with fresh, floral, citrusy, and spicy aromas. The flavor is very clean and full-bodied. The finish is long lasting, refreshing, and bit dry.
