Crafted with both traditional gin botanicals and local Hawaiian ingredients, it captures the spirit of the islands in every sip.

The recipe includes Maui Gold Pineapple, lavender, and hibiscus, giving the gin a bright, island-inspired flavor. Other botanicals such as juniper berries, orange and lemon rinds, coriander, cardamom, fennel, grains of paradise, orris root, cedar leaf, and angelica add layers of depth and complexity.
