Distilled in a 1,500-liter copper pot still St. George Botanivore Gin is made from 19 different botanicals. Referred to by St. George as their “botanical eater” it is comprised of angelica root, bay laurel, bergamot peel, black peppercorn, caraway, cardamom, cilantro, cinnamon, Citra hops, coriander, dill seed, fennel seed, ginger, juniper berries, lemon peel, lime peel, orris root, Seville orange peel, star anise.

Each batch comprises 800 bottles of this elegant, balanced, and layered spirit. The delicious floral flavors with earth and spice taste wonderful in harmony with a fresh and light cocktail. Try Botanivore in a classic gin and tonic or an invigorating Vesper!
