For their end of year collaboration, Hennesy teamed up with Zhang Enli to craft their luxurious and beautiful limited editions. Each bottle includes vibrant artwork inspired by the lunar new year, and the renewal of vitality in everyday life which comes with it. His work, titled 'Poetry and Wine Welcome The Tiger' encompasses a beautiful red and gold palette which forms his impressionist style translated into feelings of empowerment while reflecting the refined nature of Hennessy and their rich history. Hennessy XO Limited Edition by Zhang Enli offers the unique style of Hennessy, passed down through generations. Its creation is demanding, crafted with only the most distinct and expressive, and firmly structured eaux-de-vie matured for several years in partially used French oak barrels. Following, they are masterfully blended to the consistency unique to Maison Hennessy and aged between 15-20 years. The result is an expression with audacious personality and a journey through seven distinct flavors. Sweet notes lead into a rising heat and a spicy cognac edge leading into an intense crest. Following is a rich chocolate lull and notes of toasted oak and vanilla. The finish endures with the heat and wood lingering on the palate, referred to as its “infinite echo.” This Limited Edition Hennessy XO can be experienced on the rocks, with a single cube, or lightly chilled.
