This tequilas inception begins in the highlands of Jalisco where the agave is first harvested. Each agave pina is placed in brick ovens and slowly cooked, bringing out the natural sugars of the plant. Each of the roasted agaves is then crushed and fermented before undergoing a distillation process unique to Clase Azul. Only the purest of the batch is chosen for this ultra-premium tequila. Aged for a minimum of 8 months in oak barrels in one of the highest points in Los Altos, Clase Azul Reposado tequila is perfection in a bottle.
