Casa Dragones Tequila Joven is a small-batch, handcrafted tequila. It blends silver tequila with extra-aged tequila. The aged part rests in new American oak barrels. Together they give a silky-smooth, refined taste. The brand is based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and the tequila is made in Jalisco. This premium tequila mixes tradition with new ideas. It was created by Bertha González Nieves. She was the first woman certified as a Maestra Tequilera (master tequila maker).
Every sip brings soft notes of agave, vanilla and pear. Gentle spice sits underneath. The aroma is fresh and inviting, with floral, citrus and roasted agave notes. The finish is clean and warm. A hint of hazelnut lingers at the end.
