Craftsmanship and Vinification

The creation of Champs de Provence rosé is a testament to traditional winemaking artistry. Under the guidance of esteemed winemaker Caroline Moro at Maison Denuzière in Condrieu, the wine is crafted from a blend of select grape varieties: 40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, and 10% Carignan and Mourvèdre.

The grapes are sourced from small parcels within the villages of Trets, Peynier, and Pourrières, located just south of the Mountain Sainte Victoire. To preserve freshness, harvesting occurs by hand during the night, followed by cold stabilization for 5 to 6 days. Each grape variety undergoes separate vinification, with fermentation spanning 15 days at a controlled temperature of 61°F. The wines are then aged on fine lees for several weeks before blending, resulting in a harmonious and balanced rosé.
