Description

This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown and Louisville, Kentucky. Bottled at 94 proof (47% alcohol), it comes from a hand-selected small batch of around 100 to 200 barrels, ensuring consistency and character in every pour. The bourbon is aged in Level 3 charred new American oak barrels, which give it its deep, burnished copper color and rich flavor. Although there’s no official age statement, it is typically matured for 8 to 12 years, allowing the flavors to fully develop.

Made from a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, this bourbon delivers a warm, smooth profile. It opens with aromas of vanilla, sweet fruit, and fresh mint, leading to a smooth and balanced taste with notes of wood, spice, smoke, and nutmeg. The finish is long, sweet, and slightly toasty, leaving a satisfying aftertaste.

Named after Reverend Elijah Craig, often called “The Father of Bourbon,” this whiskey carries a legacy of craftsmanship and tradition. A multi-time Double Gold winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, it’s best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned.
