This ultra-premium Blanco Tequila stands out as a refined and high-end expression of its brand. It is crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Agave sourced from the Jalisco Highlands, a region known for sweeter and more flavorful agave. The production begins with slow-roasting the piñas in traditional clay ovens for about 36 hours, allowing the natural sugars to deepen before the juice is carefully extracted. Unlike most Silver Tequilas that go straight to the bottle, this one is gently mellowed in oak barrels for 30 to 59 days. A mix of new American and French oak adds subtle richness and smooth character.
It is then triple-distilled to achieve exceptional purity and depth. The aroma opens with crisp, fresh agave layered with floral notes, grapefruit, and a hint of mint. On the palate, it delivers bright agave flavors balanced with soft vanilla, light pepper, and cooling mint. The body is full and satisfying, finishing dry and slightly spicy, making it ideal for sipping.
Although mellowed in oak, the liquid remains brilliantly clear with platinum highlights due to careful filtration. Bottled at 40% ABV, it works beautifully neat, on the rocks, or in premium cocktails.
