Maxime Trijol XO Grande Champagne is an award-winning XO Cognac made with grapes sourced exclusively from the Grande Champagne. Matured for around 30 years, the Trijol family carefully oversees each step in the process and maintains an intimate relationship with each person who interacts with the spirit. The terroir that this cognac is sourced from is mineral-rich and calcareous, giving the final product excellent depth. Strongly sweet aromas of anise, fresh tobacco and custard. The palate is full-bodied, with a delicate balance of oak and sweet fruit. Fruit flavor continues through the long finish.
