This high-end Añejo tequila is aged to develop a deep, complex flavor and an exceptionally smooth profile. Crafted entirely from 100% Blue Weber Agave, it delivers a pure and premium experience without any mixed sugars. The agave is hand-harvested from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco’s Tequila Valley, combining the floral sweetness of the highlands with the earthy, mineral notes of the lowlands.
The agave hearts are slow-roasted in traditional stone ovens, bringing out rich, roasted flavors while converting starches into fermentable sugars. After natural fermentation, the spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills, refining it while preserving the character of the agave. A unique triple-barrel aging process—using French oak wine barrels, American bourbon barrels, and Oloroso sherry casks—creates a balanced, layered taste. Gentle aeration softens the mouthfeel and rounds out the alcohol bite.
On the palate, you’ll find soft, full-bodied notes of hazelnut, dried apricot, and chocolate, while the aroma features coffee, caramel toffee, and a hint of citrus zest. Bottled at 40% ABV in a handcrafted porcelain vessel, it preserves flavor perfectly and doubles as a stunning decorative piece.
