This rum is crafted on Kaua'i, the "Garden Isle," using pure Hawaiian sugarcane instead of molasses. The result is a cleaner, mineral-rich spirit that feels bright and refined. Filtered rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale adds a unique texture, giving the rum a smooth, slightly silky mouthfeel.
It’s double-distilled in a vintage, steam-powered copper pot still, producing a small-batch spirit packed with character. Natural Hawaiian-grown cinnamon is slowly macerated in the rum, creating authentic warmth and bold spice without relying on artificial syrups. At 40% ABV, it delivers a robust, grown-up cinnamon heat that’s lively but not cloying.
Visually, it pours a rich amber with golden undertones, and its aroma combines cinnamon bark with subtle vanilla and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the spice is upfront yet balanced, finishing long with a zesty, slightly peppery warmth. Less sweet than typical flavored rums, it works beautifully neat, over a single ice cube, or in cocktails like a Cinnamon Old Fashioned or Hot Toddy.
