This Blanco (or Silver) Tequila is unaged and bottled right after distillation, capturing the true essence of agave in its purest form. It’s made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, known for producing sweet, flavorful agaves. Crafted by Felipe Camarena, a fourth-generation master distiller fondly called “The Mad Scientist” for his creative yet traditional approach, this tequila reflects his passion and innovation.
Produced at Destilería El Pandillo (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco, it is distilled using a mix of 50% rainwater and 50% natural spring water, creating a smooth texture with a subtle mineral touch. The agave hearts (piñas) are slow-cooked in brick ovens for about 28 hours to develop rich, deep flavors. They are then gently crushed using a custom-built mechanical tahona called “Felipestein,” designed by Felipe himself.
Fermentation happens naturally with local wild yeast in open-air stainless steel tanks, followed by double distillation in copper pot stills to preserve the agave’s fresh aroma. The result is a bright tequila with notes of cooked agave, citrus, fresh grass, and white pepper. Free from additives and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), G4 Tequila—meaning “Cuatro Generaciones”—honors four generations of the Camarena family and is perfect for sipping or mixing into your favorite cocktails.
