The vineyards sit close to the Pacific Ocean, giving the wine a refreshing cool-climate character. Flowers focuses on producing high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that truly reflect the coastal terroir.

The wine is beautifully balanced, offering bright acidity and just a touch of oak, often drawing comparisons to fine white Burgundy. Its flavor profile includes vibrant notes of lemon, lime zest, pomelo, and yuzu, along with hints of apple, pear, and white flowers, finishing with a subtle chalky minerality. It’s known for its fresh, lively taste and mouthwatering acidity that make each sip crisp and clean.

Made with organically farmed grapes from estate vineyards such as Sea View Ridge and select family-owned growers, this wine reflects a deep respect for the land. Native yeast fermentation enhances its natural flavors, while light oak aging keeps it fresh and focused rather than overly buttery.
