Each 750ml bottle contains a carefully crafted blend of rums aged between 7 and 23 years, creating a rich and complex flavor profile. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it offers the perfect balance of strength and smoothness. The rum is aged in oak barrels, often American oak or ex-bourbon casks, and then finished for at least one month in Sherry casks, which adds extra depth and a touch of sweetness.

In taste, it reveals notes of dried fruits like raisins, apricots, and figs, combined with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, toffee, caramel, and oak.
