This elegant dry white wine comes from the Graves region of Bordeaux, France and is crafted with great care and tradition. Presented in a 750ml standard bottle, it’s a classic Bordeaux white blend made mainly from Sémillon (50–55%), Sauvignon Blanc (35–40%) and a small amount of Sauvignon Gris (around 10%). The wine is delicate yet rich, balancing the creamy texture of Sémillon with the lively freshness of Sauvignon Blanc.
Each sip reveals flavors of lemon, grapefruit, peach, apricot, yellow apple and melon, along with subtle notes of white flowers, honey, vanilla, almond and a gentle mineral touch from Graves’ famous gravelly soils. It’s often described as fresh, crisp and perfectly balanced. The grapes are hand-picked, with Sémillon fermented and aged in French oak barrels for smoothness while Sauvignon Blanc is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, fruity character.
Owned by Giorgio Cavanna since 2000, the estate blends traditional techniques with modern winemaking to achieve exceptional quality. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, white meats, creamy dishes like risotto or aged goat and sheep cheeses. Serve it chilled at 50–55°F (10–13°C) and enjoy it young or after a few years of aging for even greater depth.
