Class is in session! Clase Azul Ultra Tequila is crafted for true connoisseurs. It is aged in American whiskey casks, then separated into amontillado, oloroso, and pedro ximénez sherry casks before being recombined. It is their most time-intensive creation to date, and comes in a decanter adorned with platinum, silver, and 24-karat gold. 

This is an extra añejo tequila, aged for a period of five years, with an aroma of sherry, dried plum, raisin, ripe apricot, brown sugar, clove, cinnamon, cacao, and an intense aroma of oak. On the palate, you get dried plum, cinnamon, cacao, and clove with hints of tobacco and a long finish of dried plum and caramelized walnut. The body is full, with a color that is reminiscent of copper. 

Pair this premium tequila with cheeses, fruits, and dark chocolates. If you can your hands, or lips, on a taste, we strongly recommend grabbing that opportunity. Sips like this come once in a blue moon, especially with a price tag like that! Still, many consider this example of craft and artisanship well worth it.
