After harvesting, the agave hearts are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens to unlock their natural sweetness and complexity. The cooked agave is then crushed and fermented before undergoing a double distillation process to achieve purity and smoothness.

Following distillation, the tequila is aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of six months, allowing it to develop its rich character and smooth finish. During this time, it takes on subtle notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, complementing the vibrant agave flavors.
