This extraordinary dram is one of their youngest matured whiskeys that still manages to showcase all the characteristics of Ardbeg's stills. Tongue tingling, "A good little beast." This scotch can be enjoyed neat or as the star ingredient in a smoky craft cocktail. Intensely peaty and smoky with strong notes of pepper and spices, the phrase "Wee Beastie" also refers to the small Scottish mosquitos that bite would-be travelers in swarms. Matured in both ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts, the Wee Beastie is an all-day dram that is creamy on the palate with sweet and fruity accents.
