Produced in small batches in the Jalisco Highlands, this tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave, harvested at peak maturity. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens before being distilled in copper pot stills, ensuring the retention of natural flavors. The tequila is then aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of six months, allowing it to develop its distinctive character while retaining the vibrant essence of the agave.
