When you know how to make an amazing champagne cocktail, you can literally bring the party with you anywhere you go! It’s a great skill to have, and your friends will be super impressed with your bartending skills. Make a ‘Barbotage.’ You will pour equal parts Cognac and Grand Marnier into a champagne flute, and then top it off with brut champagne. It’s easy to make, and really luxurious to drink. ‘Champagne Punch’ is such a great drink to make; it’s made in a punch bowl so of course it’s going to be great. In the punch bowl, you will put a lot of ice, Brut champagne, 1 ½ oz. brandy, 1 ½ oz. Cointreau, 1 bottle club soda, rind of 1 orange, slices of pineapples, slices of oranges, mint, and strawberries. You can crush up some strawberries as well to add a ton of fruity flavor on top of the delightfulness of it already.
Make a really yummy ‘Aristocrat Sparkling Punch.’ In a punch bowl, add bottle of burgundy, then dissolve ½ cup of sugar into that. Add 4 oz. of brandy, stir, and pour in 2 bottles of Brut champagne and 1 quart of sparkling water. Place a block of ice in the bowl and decorate the top with strawberries, raspberries, and oranges. This punch is utterly delicious. Make a fun party with an ‘Atomic Cocktail.’ You will stir 1 ½ oz. of vodka, 1 ½ oz. of brandy, and 1 teaspoon of sherry well with cracked ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add 1 ½ - 2 oz. cold Brut champagne. Garnish with any cute gummy you can find. It’s cute and tasty for all of your friends to enjoy. A ‘French 75’ is super simple to make, and really yummy to drink. It’s made with 2 oz. gin (London dry gin), 1 teaspoon superfine sugar, ½ oz. lemon juice, and 5 oz. Brut champagne. You shake all of the ingredients except the champagne very well with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker, then strain into a Collins glass half-full of cracked ice and top it off with champagne. Have yourself a very happy cocktail party.
