This Chardonnay comes from 100% carefully selected grapes, showing the winery’s dedication to this varietal. Sourced primarily from Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley in California, it reflects the region’s cool-climate influence and slow, complex ripening. The winery blends traditional Burgundian techniques, like barrel fermentation, with Californian fruit expression, giving you a wine that feels rich and creamy without tipping into heavy “oaky-buttery” territory.
You’ll notice aromas of stone fruits like white peach and apricot, citrus notes of lemon zest, and hints of golden apple and pear. On the palate, ripe pear, melon, and subtle oak spice come together in a long, balanced finish. Aging in French oak barrels and full malolactic fermentation give it a soft, buttery mouthfeel, while hand-harvesting at night preserves freshness and acidity.
Serve this Chardonnay moderately chilled, around 50–55°F, to enjoy its full flavors. It pairs beautifully with seafood, roast chicken, creamy pastas, or risotto, making it a versatile choice for your next meal or gathering.
