Founded by Robert Hall in 1999, Robert Hall Winery reflects Hall’s lifelong passion for wine and the winery lifestyle, as well as his self-made, working-class work ethic. Embracing the tradition of easy living through hard work, they nurture their vineyards in the scenic and diverse Paso Robles. Their 172 -acre estate, Hall Ranch, grows 12 varieties of grapes within the broad range of soils and micro-climates suited to each type.
Don Brady, an acclaimed winemaker, has been their pivotal creative force behind their award-winning wines, elevating Paso Robles wines to a premier winemaking region. Certified California Sustainable Winemakers, Robert Hall controls their process from vine to bottle. Robert Hall Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of green apple, citrus, and lemongrass. This Sauvignon Blanc is refreshingly dry and light-bodied with a crisp acidity, wrapped around a mineral core. For Pairing, the team at CWS suggests Seabass, roasted vegetables, or Oysters.
