This sparkling wine comes from Napa Valley, California, a region known for reliable, high-quality bubbly. It carries the influence of a historic French Champagne house, and you can taste that tradition in every sip. The wine follows a dry Brut style and uses classic Champagne grapes like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a touch of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris for balance.
Winemakers use the Méthode Traditionnelle, so the bubbles form naturally during a second fermentation inside the bottle. This method gives the wine a clean, elegant feel. Because it’s a non-vintage blend, it includes reserve wines from different years to keep the flavor consistent.
You’ll notice bright notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, red apple, pear, and nectarine. Light touches of toast, fresh bread, and vanilla round everything out. The wine ages on the lees for about 16 to 18 months, which adds a smooth texture and creates fine, steady bubbles.
It’s medium-bodied with a crisp mousse and a finish that lingers just long enough. You can open it for a celebration or enjoy it on a normal day because it’s easy to drink and pairs well with seafood, hors d’oeuvres, creamy cheeses, and light poultry dishes.
