Description

This limited-edition bourbon is a celebration of craftsmanship and careful attention to detail. The spirit starts with a wheated mash bill—70% corn, 16% soft red winter wheat, and 14% malted barley—giving it a softer, sweeter character than rye-forward bourbons. After aging for six to seven years, it goes through a unique wood-stave finishing process. Ten toasted American oak staves are added to each barrel, with a dual finishing approach: one portion rests five weeks with one stave profile, while the second portion matures nine weeks with a different profile.

Bottled at a bold 109.2 proof, it delivers a concentrated flavor experience with a creamy, syrupy mouthfeel. On the nose, you'll notice seasoned oak, brûlée sugar, and hints of stone fruit and cocoa. The palate brings toasted oak, brown sugar, maple syrup, and a spicy warmth, finishing long with dried dark fruit, chocolate, and charred oak. Non-chill filtered, it preserves the full-bodied richness that bourbon lovers appreciate. Limited and highly collectible, this release won’t last long.
