Description

The Lake Show has made its way to Country Wine and Spirits! Don’t worry, this limited edition has the purple and gold seal, but the contents are still 100% Maker's Mark, which is wheated mashbill and American oak aging. Bill Samuels, Sr., the man behind the mark, wanted a whisky he would enjoy drinking. What he ended up doing was making a whisky that everyone loved!

The aroma gives sweet oak, vanilla, bright fruit, and wheat. The taste is pretty similar; you get sweetness and notes of oak, vanilla, and fruity essences. Many folks have also come to love the smooth and creamy finish that has a pleasant soft spice on the tongue.

Whisky lovers far and wide know of Maker's Mark. The hand-dipped red wax is iconic! This bottle, which is their Kentucky Straight Bourbon, has won multiple awards in these competitions: San Francisco World Spirits Competition, London Spirits Competition, and the Ultimate Spirits Challenge. Wine Enthusiast gave it a score of 90–95 points in 2007!
