Their traditional silver tequila is double distilled in copper pot stills and rested with the pechuga and maceration, resulting in an aromatic infusion. The aromas are floral and citrus with notes of mint, lemon, tea, pineapple, anise, plum and tejocote (Mexican Hawthorne).The palate is incredibly smooth and complex with savory notes layered in with cooked agave, sugarcane, fruits and hints of cinnamon, pepper and tejocote.
