The Blue Weber agave was grown on a single-family estate in Jalisco, Mexico. After being distilled twice in copper pot stills, the tequila is aged separately in American and Eastern European oak casks for three years. The tequila is then blended and filtered using a proprietary process to remove the color!
One of the rare Maestro Dobel bottles that recently came out in November 2020. The tequila really adds an exclusive and luxurious feel to Maestro Dobel's collection of bottles. The tequila is also aged in ex-bourbon barrels and is known to be "ultra aged". The body has a medium and sweet taste due to the smokiness of the bourbon and the cooked agave and fruity flavors. The overall finish has a long depth of caramel, chocolate, tobacco, and nutmeg. The final step is to remove the color by filtering it once more.
