This liqueur is inspired by Rosolio, a traditional Italian aperitivo, and is crafted mainly with Calabrian Bergamot, which gives it a fresh, bright, and citrusy flavor. It also features a selection of carefully chosen Italian botanicals, including cedro lemons, chamomile, lavender, yellow rose, lemon balm, and gentian, all infused and distilled to create a smooth and velvety taste.
The liqueur has 20% alcohol (40 proof) and comes in a 750ml bottle. Its pale straw color with a hint of green is complemented by an aromatic bouquet, blending strong citrus notes with delicate floral hints. Made in Italy, it uses ingredients sourced from Calabria and Sicily, reflecting the rich heritage of Italian flavors. Traditionally served as an aperitivo, it can be enjoyed neat, or mixed 50/50 with Prosecco and garnished with three green olives. It also works beautifully in cocktails, often replacing other aperitivos or citrus liqueurs.
