This Single Malt Scotch Whisky comes from the beautiful Highlands of Scotland and is known as The Cadboll Estate, usually released as a 15-Year-Old expression, though some versions feature no age statement or a unique cask finish. Crafted by the Glenmorangie Distillery, one of Scotland’s most respected whisky makers, it stands out for its true “grass-to-glass” approach. The barley used to make the spirit is grown on Glenmorangie’s own Cadboll Estate, located near the distillery, ensuring complete control and quality from field to bottle.
Most versions are aged for 15 years and released in batches such as Batch 1 or Batch 2. The whisky matures in First-Fill American White Oak ex-Bourbon casks, which add rich, smooth flavors to its naturally delicate spirit. Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers a soft aroma of vanilla, honey, and floral notes with a touch of lemon or white chocolate. On the palate, it tastes sweet and creamy, revealing flavors of vanilla pudding, lemon tart, baking spices, and barley sugar.
Packaged in a 750ml bottle, The Cadboll Estate has a natural color and may be lightly chill-filtered depending on the batch. Thanks to Glenmorangie’s tall stills—as tall as a giraffe—the whisky has a light, fruity, and elegant character, showcasing the craftsmanship of the Men of Tain led by Dr. Bill Lumsden.
