This limited-edition whisky is designed to capture the indulgent, creamy flavors of a luxury ice cream parlor. You’ll notice rich notes of vanilla, honey, and toffee on the nose, followed by a palate layered with almond marzipan, brioche, fudge, and hints of lemon sherbet. The combination of traditional ex-Bourbon casks and specially toasted "High-Vanillin" American oak casks gives it a uniquely smooth and creamy texture, while the 46% ABV ensures the flavors are bold and concentrated.
It is part of an experimental series that explores playful and innovative expressions, crafted under the guidance of Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden, in collaboration with Master Blender Gillian Macdonald.
