G.H. Mumm & Cie. is one of the largest and oldest Champagne houses in France, known for its long tradition of excellence. Crafted in the heart of Champagne, France, this Rosé Brut Champagne is dry in taste and beautifully balanced. It is mainly made from Pinot Noir (about 60%), with a touch of Chardonnay (22%) and Pinot Meunier (18%). The elegant pink color and fruity character come from adding a small amount of still red Pinot Noir wine (around 14%).
This Champagne showcases Mumm’s signature Pinot Noir-driven style, giving it both strength and structure. It is aged in the bottle for at least two years, allowing the flavors and texture to fully develop. In the glass, it shines with a salmon-pink hue, subtle orange tones, and fine, lively bubbles. The aroma is rich and inviting, with notes of strawberries, raspberries, and redcurrants, complemented by a gentle hint of spice. On the palate, it tastes fresh, lively, and elegant, offering bright red fruit flavors and a long, smooth finish.
Best served well-chilled (6–8°C or 43–46°F), it pairs perfectly with seafood, charcuterie, grilled salmon, poultry, or light fruit desserts. Presented in a sleek, label-free bottle with Mumm’s iconic red ribbon, this Non-Vintage Champagne (12.5% ABV) is ideal for celebrations or casual indulgence.
