El Jimador Anejo is one of their finest crafted aged tequilas. Rich, full-bodied and loaded with deeply spiced flavor. Delicious when poured slowly and savored. El Jimador double distills hand selected blue Weber agave and matures it in American oak barrels for 12 months to produce this Anejo. Well worth the wait, this dark amber tinted tequila is strong and full-bodied, with an aroma of vanilla, hazelnut, and a hint of cinnamon. The aged agave flavor bears peppery, slightly earthy with soft-spiced notes, and the finish is exceptionally smooth with a pleasing blend of oak, cherry, and bourbon.
