Don Ramón Añejo Ceramic Collection Edición Especial is a tequila made for slow sipping. It starts with 100% blue agave. The agave hearts are cooked in masonry ovens, then double distilled in copper stills. After that, the tequila rests for 12 months in American white oak barrels.
