With Don Ramon, you get blancos, reposados, añejos, cristalinos, and mezcals. Many of their tequilas are double‑distilled and produced from 100% Blue Weber agave or other agave varieties for mezcal. Certain ones rest in American or French oak to add vanilla and spice without masking the plant notes.
Rested in oak for several months, this reposado softens raw agave and adds a gentle layer of vanilla, honey, and light baking spice. It’s a great everyday bottle for slightly elevated cocktails and for people who want a warmer sip than a blanco but not full barrel intensity.
Having been aged longer, the finish of the Añejo is richer and longer, rewarding slow sips and simple nosing. It’s the bottle you pick when you want a drink that feels like an event rather than a mixer.
The clear, unaged blanco puts fresh agave front and center. Expect citrus lift, green herbal notes, and a peppery kick on the finish. This is the best starting point if you want to learn how agave actually tastes.
