Cazcanes No. 7 is a high-end Extra Añejo tequila, aged in re-charred American white oak barrels for over three years. Crafted from 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave, harvested at peak sweetness in Jalisco, Mexico, it preserves the pure essence of the agave without any artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.
The agave is gently cooked in a low-pressure autoclave over 24 hours, intensifying its natural flavors. Water from the volcanic Navichi Springs adds a unique touch to its production. Each batch is small and handcrafted, honoring the traditional “lost art” of tequila making.
The tequila pours a deep amber with golden hues, revealing a rich, complex aroma and taste. You’ll notice notes of roasted agave, dark chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch, toffee, cinnamon, and subtle oak spice. Aged to taste rather than time, it balances oak influence with agave character perfectly.
Cazcanes No. 7 is best savored neat in a snifter or Riedel tequila glass, letting its smooth, elegant, and long-lasting finish shine. At 80 proof and 750 mL, it’s designed for collectors and connoisseurs who value purity and depth in their aged spirits.
