On the nose, Cascahuin Blanco announces itself with an immediate, vivid agave note. There's also the all-expected citrus lift - think lime zest and grapefruit peel. Mid‑palate development reveals herbal complexity and a whisper of black pepper spice. The finish is typically clean and slightly peppery, with lingering citrus and a faint smoke or earthiness.
