Casa Noble harvests the agave for their tequila from the western Jalisco highlands. These high-altitude fields are rich from the volcanic spoil of the mountains, providing excellent Blue Weber agave. After the agave reaches full maturity it is harvested using sustainable methods. Casa Noble is committed to sustainable, natural practices, using compost and consistently tending to the land.
Casa Noble Anejo Tequila is superior, high-quality tequila, and is made with a base of triple distilled, aromatic and delicious blanco. Its next most important ingredient is patience, as most añejos spend only one year resting in barrels, but Casa Noble Anejo matures for two years in French oak barrels. Carefully blended, this tequila develops a beautifully complex balance of flavor within these barrels, resulting in enticing aromas which lead into the palate with sweet roasted agave notes inlaid with hints of vanilla, toffee, butterscotch, toasted oak, dried fruits and baking spices. With a sweet, silky-smooth and balanced finish, this ultra-premium anejo from Casa Noble is an excellent choice for sipping.
