The Bushmills 28 Year Old Single Malt Cognac Cask Irish Whiskey is the oldest release from the Bushmills distilery, the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world. This unpeated whiskey was triple distilled in 1992, and spent 11 years in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Then the spirit matured in cognac casks, giving it a rich flavor with notes of citrus, oak, fruit cocktail, and buttery vanilla.
