Bushmills 12 Years is a carefully crafted expression of their famous blend. It is mainly matured in former Oloroso sherry casks which lend a beautiful deep amber color. Dried fruits are present throughout, particularly apricot and dried nectarines. This single malt is gentle, subtle, and mellow. It works just as well on a hot day with a cube of ice as it does neat by a fire. Bushmills is one of the oldest whiskey producers in the world. They have such an incredible catalog that displays the beauty and care that Ireland has always given to the craft of whiskey production.
