Aging wine in spirit barrels not only saved them money but added deep complexity to their wine. This sauvignon blanc is aged in tequila barrels to give it aromas of citrus and herbs. The palate gains a smooth robustness, with flavors of vanilla, toasted nuts, and brown sugar.
