The whisky spends 18 years maturing in sherry casks. These are barrels that once held sherry wine. They add richness, sweetness and dried fruit. It is bottled at 46% ABV for a fuller flavor.

The nose opens with orchard fruit, citrus and toasted oak. On the palate, you find caramelised orange and dark chocolate. Vanilla, dried fruit and gentle spice follow. The texture is rich and full. Fruit, sweetness and oak stay in good balance from start to end.
