Description

Angel's Envy Triple Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon with a clever twist. The bourbon is split and finished in three kinds of oak: Hungarian, Kentucky Chinkapin and French. The parts are then blended back together. It joined the Angel's Envy Signature Series in 2024 at 92 proof, or 46% ABV.

Each wood brings something different. French oak adds baking spice, chocolate and cinnamon. Chinkapin oak brings caramel, vanilla and a layer of coffee. Hungarian oak ties it all together and adds depth.

On the nose you will find toasted oak, sweet baking spice and a little pipe tobacco. The palate is warm and layered, with caramel and vanilla up front and cinnamon close behind. The finish is dry, with oak, tobacco and a slow fade of spice.

Sip it neat or with one large ice cube. It also makes a rich Old Fashioned. Pair it with BBQ, smoked meats or dark chocolate.
