Absolut Juice Pear and Elderflower Vodka was established in 2019 along with multiple other flavors, however Absolut Vodka was established way back in Åhus, Sweden in 1879 by a man known as Lars Olsson Smith. In 1917 when the Swedish government took control and individuals secretly started selling "Absolut Rent Brännvin'' which is code for fine vodka. This inspired the name behind Absolute Vodka and it became the beginning of a new empire. Absolut Vodka began expanding its flavors and that's where Absolut Juice Pear and Elderflower Vodka came to life. It got the most attention through advertising when Lizzo dropped her song “Juice” and joined as an ambassador. This fine blend is infused with fruity aromatics made with 5% real pear juice. It has floral notes, pear, elderflower, and some sweetness, mixed with the finest Absolut Vodka. The aromatics of the drink are pear with a hint of grapefruit leaving your palette with a tarte grapefruit, floral, and pear flavor. This refreshing drink is best paired with soda, on the rocks, or topped with prosecco.
