The founders worked with a family-owned distillery in the Highlands of Jalisco, choosing mature blue Weber agave and slow‑cooking piñas in traditional ovens to bring out natural sugars. Distillation is careful and restrained, and the blanco, reposado, and añejo expressions are blended and rested to highlight smoothness over aggressive heat. 3. Casamigos Añejo 

Casamigos Añejo is aged roughly 14 months in small oak barrels, giving it deeper color and richer flavors. You get a taste of butterscotch, dark chocolate, and dried fruit over a base of cooked agave. The extra time in wood also brings tannin and warmth, making it a satisfying sipper.
