If you like fruity and tart, then have yourself a ‘Blue Smoke.’ It’s made with 1 ¼ oz. tequila, 3 oz. orange juice, and ½ oz. Blue Curacao. Serve in a chilled wine glass with crushed ice. Add tequila and orange juice. Stir it, and then float Blue Curacao on top. It’s fun to make, and even more fun to drink. Enjoy your cocktail.
