Another perfect choice for any night in is a ‘Mexican Mermaid.’ It’s made with 1 oz. premium tequila, 1 triangular chunk of fresh pineapple coated with sugar crystals, chilled, dry, and fruity champagne, a splash of Curacao, and a long twist of spiral cut lime peel. To drink it, first drop the pineapple chunk into the drink for an added splash of bubble fun.
