Woodinville Whiskey Co. makes this straight bourbon in Washington State.

Its corn, rye and malted barley grow on the Omlin family farm in Quincy. It is pot distilled in small batches and aged about five years in charred oak.

Expect crème brûlée and spice cabinet aromas. Rich caramel, dark chocolate and vanilla bean fill the palate. The finish is sweet and lingering.

At the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, it took home Double Gold.
